The kitchen area was super handy with a fridge and microwave. The 24-hour market was perfect for late-night snacks after the concert.

The staff was welcoming and efficient all the time.

I loved the room with king bed.

The room was spacious and clean, with a large refrigerator and microwave. The convenient 24-hour market was perfect for late-night snacks.

The location was decent and marvellous, just off White Oaks Mall, London and Kanada.

We found the air circulation system quite noisy and required a room change to a slightly quieter area.

The staff seemed highly untrained, and to top it off, my room was just dimly lit. A warm welcome gift woudl ve been nice but apparently, that's too much to ask here, so disappointed!

Not right in the city center, but not far, walkable distance. It is a nice area, not too noisy. Big, spacious rooms.

I just didn't like the fact that we were in the basement floor, which means the window was at street level.

The place was clean with a courteous and kind staff from housekeepers. There was plenty of food for breakfast, it was great. The venue was in a central location next to London and the Cafe where the breakfast is served.

The king suite offered spacious accommodations with a well-functioning mini-fridge and microwave. Great water pressure in the bathroom provided a solid shower experience, while the nearby shopping mall and restaurants were just a short trip away.

The suite's carpet was stained and could definitely use a deep clean. Bed pillows lacked the comfort you'd hope for on a getaway, feeling overly firm, and the sofa bed was practically a box spring with a blanket thrown over it-felt every spring under me. Breakfast options were pretty limited with only a handful of tables, leading to lengthy waits and a chaotic dining experience.

The room was nice, due to being recently renovated.

Workers were standing right outside our window. The entrance to the hotel was a total disaster, with significant potholes, made arrival frustrating. To top it off, the grass and general upkeep were completely neglected, leaving the green spaces looking unkempt.

We were in London for my daughters nursing exam. I liked the room because we could separate ourselves from her so she could study and we could still talk and watch tv. Also the front desk staff were great,very friendly.

As a business like hotel or for shopping it is great, however for a leisure time away I would not book at this hotel because of the area ( too city ). Your hotel is not very welcoming from the outside, we were not sure where to enter in until we drove around ( we did arrive in the dark ).

Love the use of unlimited internet because of me being able to do last minutes research or anything related to my practices. Very nice room loved the pillows.

Hate noise when I am trying to sleep the fan in the room was just a annoying waking me up every 2 hours. I did mentioned this to the clerk and she promised me that they will look into it, because I may revisit them again???
